Angel and miner figures are a traditional Christmas decoration originating from the Erzgebirge region. Traditionally, they were and still are used to illuminate the windows of mining villages in winter. The angel stands protectively beside the miner. Our wooden figures in this series impress with wonderfully vibrant Christmas colors and their impressive size of approx. 30 cm (miner) or approx. 31.5 cm (angel). The basic shape of the individual motifs convinces with its harmonious design and perfectly coordinated proportions. In loving handwork, the numerous individual parts are first turned, glued, and then painted by hand. For our angel and miner figures, we only use well-seasoned and thoroughly dried wood that will not warp or crack over time. This ensures you will enjoy your new companions for many years. The figures are illuminated with battery-operated LED candles and can be switched on and off using the included remote control. Batteries are not included.
